We want you to be delighted with your Emma Bridgewater pottery, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Complete the Returns Form
Locate the returns form included in your original delivery and fill out the details for the items you wish to send back, including the reason for return.
Package Your Items
Carefully wrap your items in their original boxes and protective padding to ensure they arrive safely back at our warehouse without any transit damage.
Affix the Shipping Label
Attach the provided pre-paid Royal Mail or courier label to the outside of your parcel, making sure to cover any previous delivery addresses or barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to your local Post Office or designated drop-off point and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
