Where are your ceramics manufactured?
All our pottery is proudly made by hand in our factory in Stoke-on-Trent, the heart of the British Potteries.
Are your products dishwasher and microwave safe?
Most of our earthenware is dishwasher and microwave safe at low temperatures; however, we recommend hand washing to maintain the vibrant colors of the hand-painted designs.
What is your standard delivery timeframe within the UK?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days, though personalized or hand-painted items may require additional time for production.
Can I return an item if it arrives damaged?
Yes, if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our customer service team within 14 days with photos of the item to arrange a replacement or refund.
